Dichtersbuurt

The aim of this project was to densify the Dichtersbuurt in Amsterdam. This plan has been set up based on a number of concept principles which form the basis of the plan. It is clear from the concept that there is a center and an edge is, between these are the urban villas. Parking happens in front of the residents in the parking garages as shown below profile. The edge consists of buildings of varying heights from 18 to 24 metres. The urban villas are partly deepened and cover 6 floors. The buildings in the center is 5 stories high in most places depending on the position on the sun.

This project is a fictitious project based on current trends. No external parties were involved in this project
